Naturopathy for Perimenopause & Menopause

My approach focuses on managing symptoms, understanding hormonal changes, and supporting your long-term health.
Hormones such as estradiol and micronized progesterone can be effective for many menopausal symptoms. We’ll review your medical history, discuss the benefits and risks, and determine an appropriate treatment plan.
Blood work through LifeLabs and specialized testing when indicated to better understand your symptoms and guide treatment.
Carefully selected vitamins, minerals, and botanical medicines to support your individual needs.
Research suggests acupuncture may offer benefits for certain menopausal symptoms. Treatments are tailored to your individual concerns and needs.
Strength training and cardiovascular exercise become especially important during menopause. I’ll work with you to maintain muscle and bone strength, support cardiovascular health, and manage changes in body composition.
Practical strategies to improve sleep, manage stress, and support emotional well-being.

About Working With Me

I’ve been practising naturopathic medicine for over 10 years, and my background in personal training continues to shape how I approach health. I believe nutrition, movement, strength, and hormonal health all play an important role in how we feel and age.

As a mother of two teenagers who enjoys running and hiking on the North Shore, I understand that life is busy and that good health advice needs to be realistic.

I work with patients of all ages, with a particular interest in perimenopause and menopause, digestive health, weight management, and healthy aging.

When we work together, I’ll take the time to understand your concerns, review your health history, and recommend testing when appropriate. From there, we’ll develop a clear, personalized treatment plan with regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress and make adjustments along the way.
