Exploring possible food triggers and developing a nutritional plan that supports digestion without unnecessary restrictions.

Practical recommendations to support energy, metabolism, muscle strength, and
bone health.

Carefully selected vitamins, minerals, and botanical medicines based on your symptoms and nutritional needs.

Pharmaceutical treatment for specific digestive conditions when indicated.

A complementary approach that may be incorporated into treatment for certain digestive symptoms and stress-related concerns.

About Working With Me

I’ve been practising naturopathic medicine for over 10 years, and my background in personal training continues to shape how I approach health. I believe nutrition, movement, strength, and hormonal health all play an important role in how we feel and age.

As a mother of two teenagers who enjoys running and hiking on the North Shore, I understand that life is busy and that good health advice needs to be realistic.

I work with patients of all ages, with a particular interest in perimenopause and menopause, digestive health, weight management, and healthy aging.

When we work together, I’ll take the time to understand your concerns, review your health history, and recommend testing when appropriate. From there, we’ll develop a clear, personalized treatment plan with regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress and make adjustments along the way.
